Once complete, Gordon Castle Walled Garden will be one of the oldest and largest working kitchen gardens in Britain, if not the world! With hundreds of varieties of vegetables, herbs and fruits, our garden is a chef's paradise of fresh Scottish produce.

We practice a Plant Pick Plate ethos and try to be as self-sufficient as possible- during the summer months we use all of our fresh salad leaves straight from the garden. Our scones are freshly baked by our chefs daily along with our bread rolls. Our chips (a definite favourite among customers) are hand-cut everyday.

If we can't grow it or make it, we find someone as close to us as possible who can - making the most of the wealth of talent and delicious produce on our very doorstep! Some of our suppliers include:
