Gin Sour Cocktail
What you'll need
For the cocktail
60 ml Gordon Castle Gin
30ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
15ml egg white
3 dash Angostura Bitters
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the Gin, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice; shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
