Hibiscus Gin Sour Cocktail
Our friends over at Humble Cocktails have created this delicious Hibiscus Gin Sour using Gordon Castle Gin and we couldn't wait to share it with you. This recipe is sure to lift your spirits after all the rain we've been having!
You will need
50ml Gordon Castle Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
20ml Homemade hibiscus syrup
20ml Chambord
1 egg white
Method
Add all ingredients to shaker
Dry shake to combine ingredients (no ice)
Top with ice and shake again
Fine strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube
Garnish with dry hibiscus and rose bud
